I help people find their way back—when life feels like too much.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Noll Sparks, a licensed therapist and the founder of the Create the Win™ system. I’ve spent the past 20 years helping people move through anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and trauma—especially when the usual systems just don’t work.

Different stories, different seasons of life, but the same underlying theme kept emerging:

“I just feel overwhelmed.

That word kept showing up. Beneath every diagnosis, every emotion, every stuck place—I kept hearing the same thing. So I followed it.

It became the thread running through my work, and through my own life.

This started way before I became a therapist.

As a kid, I had a hard time focusing. I struggled to pay attention in school, and as a result, I missed out on learning so many things that could have helped me.

I didn’t know I had a problem—I just knew I was struggling.

I wasn’t lazy or unmotivated. My brain just wasn’t wired for the systems I was being asked to follow.

For a long time, I blamed myself. I left a lot on the table—academically, emotionally, creatively. But sitting here today, I’ve decided I’m not going to dwell on what I missed back then. That doesn’t help me.

What does help—living and what I now share with others—are the tools I’ve built since.

Tools that are science-backed, compassion-driven, and designed for brains like mine.

Expertise and experience

A deeper look into the path that’s shaped my work—and the principles that guide how I support others.

Education

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s from Bucknell University.

Specialization

I’ve worked in mental health, hospice, palliative care, and grief support—walking alongside people in the moments that freeze us. Today, I run a full-time private practice specializing in ADHD, anxiety, grief, and life transitions that leave us overwhelmed or stuck.

Certifications

I hold professional certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—both science-backed approaches for supporting trauma recovery, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

Experience

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with individuals and teams across various industries, guiding them through meaningful shifts in mindset, boundaries, and behavior.

Approach

My style is grounded, supportive, and deeply human. I prioritize small, sustainable shifts that build momentum over time.

Values

I lead with honesty, kindness, and respect for your lived experience. I value consistency over intensity, and progress over perfection.

This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you return to yourself.

Why now?

Because overwhelm is stealing too much from too many people.

Because there is another way.

And because these tools work—in quiet ways, in short bursts, in real life.

If you’ve been sitting in the passenger seat of your own life, I want to help you take the wheel—on your terms, in your timing, one doable win at a time.
